Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to our monthly payment service, you agree to a minimum commitment of 12 months.

Cancellations are not permitted during the first 12 months of your subscription. Early termination during this period constitutes a breach of the subscription agreement.

​

After the initial 12-month period, you have a 1-month window to cancel your subscription. If you choose to cancel during this window, you will be charged one final monthly payment, and your subscription will end at the conclusion of that billing cycle.

If you do not cancel within this 1-month period, your subscription will automatically renew for another 12-month term, and cancellations will once again be restricted until the end of that new term.

​

Please note:

• No cancellations are permitted during an active 12-month term.

• No refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription.

• It is your responsibility to cancel within the designated window after your initial term ends.
